Our Story

In 2009, a group of forward-thinking content creators who had established themselves on YouTube, joined forces to collectively drive audiences to a single destination–The Station. The team pooled their resources to create and collaborate on content, operating with a talent-first mindset and ultimately expanding as Maker Studios.

What began as friends with a vision is now a global media brand with tens of thousands of creators, millions of subscribers, and billions of fans worldwide.

Maker Exec Nikki Fancy Selected for 30 Under 30

Fancy started as an intern at Maker Studios and quickly rose to producer. Fancy helped found Maker's music department and start the series "Epic Rap Battles" with creators Peter Shukoff and Lloyd Ahlquist. At the age of 23 she now helps drive all strategic progamming ventures for Maker which is now owned by Disney.
